I
am a mother of two. My 3 year old son has been diagnosed with ASD.
I have been where you are now. I have gone through some really
bad times and some good ones too. I was not happy to be told "...go
away and come back in six months."
We all get only one shot at life and, as a mother, it is my responsibility to ensure that my children get the best shot possible. So I went looking for answers and I have documented them in my book. |
I run my own distribution business from my home. That has allowed me the freedom to be available for my children when they need me most. I can take them to day care, early intervention, go to Christmas parties, meetings with specialists, etc. - i.e., I can find the time to do whatever is needed to improve their lives.
